1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide: your name and email address when you subscribe to the annual catalogue or file a brief through the contact form, and the content of your message. We also collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) automatically when you browse the Site.

2. How We Collect Information

Personal information is collected directly from you when you submit a form. Technical data is collected automatically via cookies and server logs. We do not purchase personal data from third parties.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For EU/UK visitors, our lawful bases are: (a) consent for marketing correspondence and non-essential cookies; (b) legitimate interests for site security and analytics; and (c) contract when you file a brief requesting a commission response.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver the annual catalogue, respond to briefs and enquiries, maintain site security, and analyse how the catalogue is browsed. We do not use your data for profiling or targeted advertising.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site uses essential cookies for basic functionality and, where you consent, analytics cookies to understand how visitors browse the catalogue. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; essential functionality will remain. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising.

6. Third-Party Services & Processors

We use reputable processors for analytics and (where applicable) email delivery. Each processor acts under written contract and processes data only on our instructions. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

7. Data Retention

Catalogue subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Briefs and correspondence are retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, then deleted. Technical logs are retained on a rolling basis and periodically purged.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise any right, contact the studio at the address below. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell personal information as defined by that law.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact the studio and we will delete it.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using appropriate safeguards.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, notifying you. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Contact & Exercising Your Rights
