We collect only the information you voluntarily provide: your name and email address when you subscribe to the annual catalogue or file a brief through the contact form, and the content of your message. We also collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) automatically when you browse the Site.

Personal information is collected directly from you when you submit a form. Technical data is collected automatically via cookies and server logs. We do not purchase personal data from third parties.

Catalogue subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Briefs and correspondence are retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, then deleted. Technical logs are retained on a rolling basis and periodically purged.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, object to processing, and request data portability. The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact the studio and we will delete it.
